Policies

All policies are accepted upon booking appointment.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday - Saturday.

I operate by appointment only and I do not double book meaning, your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you.

Deposits

All deposits and services are non-refundable.

A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking, and a 50% deposit is required for all new hair extension services.

Deposits are transferable once. If you need to reschedule, the new appointment must be within 14 days of the original date; otherwise, a new deposit will be required.

Hair Extensions

The cost of the hair is included in your package price given during consultation. Zelle, Apple Pay or Cherry Pay are the only acceptable forms of payment to book your hair extension installation. The hair will be ordered once the deposit is received.

Please note, unless the hair is compromised by a manufacturing fault, I cannot return the hair once it has been installed and therefore cannot refund you for it.

Cancelling / Re-Scheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so I can accommodate other guests and manage my schedule effectively.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a new deposit will be required.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be applied. Please plan your travel time accordingly. If you arrive excessively late, your appointment may be canceled to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Appointment Requests Beyond Regular Business Hours

Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday. If you need an appointment on Sunday or Monday, you will be charged double the cost of the original service price. This fee is waived for new extension installs only.

House Calls

If you require a house call appointment, you will be charged double the appointment cost. House calls are exclusively available to hair extension appointments or to parties of 2 or more.

Adjustments

If you're not completely happy with your hair, I offer one complimentary adjustment within one week of your original appointment if there was an oversight on my end.

Please note that the adjustment must align with the goals discussed during the initial consultation. If you change your mind about what you originally requested, this will be considered a new service and will be charged at the full price.

Only one adjustment is allowed per appointment. After the adjustment, if you're still unsatisfied, I am unable to offer a refund.

Additional Guests

Please, no additional guests. Your appointment is a one-on-one session with me, ensuring I can give you my full, undivided attention.
